Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the mobile applications and games published by Deniz Ericek Games (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using an App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
2. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Use cheats, bots, modified clients or automation to gain an unfair advantage, or exploit bugs.
- Redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App or its assets.
- Use the App for anything unlawful or in breach of applicable sanctions or export rules.
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
Some Apps offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Virtual currency and virtual items are a limited licence to use them inside the App; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are lost if you delete the App or if the App is discontinued. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own policies.
4. Subscriptions
If an App offers a subscription, it renews automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Managing subscriptions is done through the store, not through us.
5. Advertising
Our Apps may display advertising from third parties. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for products or services advertised. See our Privacy Policy for your advertising choices.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue an App or any of its features at any time. We are not liable to you for doing so.
7. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content — code, graphics, audio, characters, names and trademarks — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted other than the licence in Section 1.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and Deniz Ericek Games only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
